The Data Strategy workstream projects will focus on real-life use cases to determine how users will access and apply data to inform necessary decisions.
Projects in this workstream seek to enhance institution-wide data and analytics capabilities to support critical data-driven (academic and administrative) decision-making.
The purpose of this project is to move the existing data warehouse and reports from WVU Foundation platforms to WVU main platforms, to transfer reporting and analytics responsibilities to WVU.
