After the successful completion of all phases of the ERP RFP Creation and Evaluation project, a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution was chosen.
This project seeks to create a Request For Proposal (RFP) to identify the most appropriate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution that will meet WVU’s requirements.
The ERP implementation will start with Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (per industry recommendations) followed closely by the components for the Student Information System (SIS). The system ultimately will replace the University's current ERP systems while working towards streamlining business processes and integration points. Hence the RFP will be comprehensive in addressing requirements for WVU.
