Recruitment and Admissions CRM Project

The Student Experience initiative has focused on Recruitment and Admissions by delivering an integrated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution that provides a seamless and intuitive digital journey for prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Salesforce Education Cloud personalizes and unifies the experience for applicants, regardless of which WVU campus they choose while the event management platform Blackthorn makes it easier to upload documents, complete a checklist, check programs and majors offered, make a change, and more.

Project Outcomes

This project aims to simplify, modernize and expedite the individual experience from prospect to enrolled student, with personalized communications, seamless event registration, and better data and tracking for Enrollment Management and other University units that rely on accurate, timely data. It also contributes to a simplified student-centric application experience with one application for all campuses.
