The Student Experience Enhancement workstream will lay the foundations to transform the student systems of engagement, from prospective applicant to enrolled student. Projects within this space are designed to “bridge” the student digital experience until WVU is ready to implement the Workday student system.
Projects in this workstream will focus on improving the undergraduate, graduate and online student recruitment and admissions experience.
This project will deliver a CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) experience to support recruitment, application management, decision-making and communications throughout the admissions funnel.
